Can I track my order?
Yes, once we have your tracking number, we will send it to you via WhatsApp or email.
Fines for incorrect addresses
When filling out the order form, please ensure that the address you provide is correct and includes all necessary details such as city, zip code, street, exterior and interior numbers. If the courier returns your package because the address needs to be corrected, you will be charged a fine of 320 pesos.
INTRODUCTION:
It is established that, since this involves fine jewelry, the pieces offered on the website www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria may be used in bad faith for a specific purpose and subsequently a refund, exchange, and/or return may be requested. Therefore, as is common in the jewelry industry, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges (except for size changes), or returns. Only, as stated below, there will be warranties on our pieces, due to the confidence we have in their quality.
WARRANTY:
Against manufacturing defects, materials, or workmanship, the pieces offered on the website www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria carry a warranty of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase of the piece. During this time, any repair and/or replacement that must be made to the piece will be covered by us at no cost to the client, except for transportation expenses, if applicable, which must be paid by the client
When sending a piece for warranty service, you will receive a warranty receipt with a corresponding tracking number for identification purposes, which will also be recorded in our database.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

Due to manufacturing defect.

The product must be delivered in its original packaging, whether box or wrapping, with its original tags still attached.

30 (thrity) calendar days for return due to quality issues or defective product from the date of purchase, except for pre-orders, which will be counted from the shipping date.

3 (trhee) calendar days (Monday to Sunday) for size exchanges, counted from the day the product was received.
WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS::

To request warranty service for any purchase, the user must meet the following requirements:

The piece must be in the same condition as when it was sent, without any damage, visible impact, breakage, scratch, repair, etc.

The piece must not show any signs of being handled by third parties (outside of the Operator) or used outside of the specifications.

It must be within 1 month, counted from the day after the purchase date.

This warranty will be void if the piece has been handled by a third party outside the site operator or shows visible damage.

RETURNS FOR QUALITY ISSUES, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

In the event of receiving products damaged or defective from origin, or if the defect (not attributable to you) appears within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the purchase date—except for pre-orders, which will be counted from the shipping date—and 3 (three) calendar days (Monday to Sunday) for size changes, counted from the reception date, you may:
(I) request a size change, and
(II) if the desired size is not in stock, you must wait for the product to be restocked, which may take between 3 and 12 weeks.

If your claim for a damaged or defective product is valid, you will receive a full refund (provided the same product is not in stock). You may also choose to receive, as compensation, another product available on this website of equal or lesser value to the amount paid for the defective item.

GLADKOVA JEWELRY www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria may refuse the claim if it is untimely, if the product was used in conditions other than those recommended, or if it suffered essential, irreparable, and serious damage caused by you.

If you choose to obtain a full refund (provided the same product is not in stock), we will refund the full purchase price, deducting shipping costs related to delivery (express parcel shipping).

To proceed with the return for quality, damaged, or defective products, you must follow the Product Return Instructions.

GLADKOVA JEWELRY www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria will also send you an email notifying you of the approval of your return (return label and/or collection guide).
NOTE: At no time is the site operator and/or the site (GLADKOVA JEWELRY www.joyeriagladkova.com) obligated to grant or make effective any exchange, return, and/or refund of any kind.
From this moment on, the site operator (GLADKOVA JEWELRY www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria) is released from any responsibility regarding changes and/or returns of pieces, market value estimations, or any other liability derived from these matters.
Our SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY lasts for 3 calendar days (Monday–Sunday) from delivery of the order. If more than three days have passed, we cannot offer a change or refund. Model changes are not accepted.
To validate your exchange or return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
The cost for size changes is $320.00 MXN (three hundred and twenty pesos, national currency) and must be covered by the client.
PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

For your product return to be approved, you must meet the following conditions and requirements:
(I) Contact GLADKOVA JEWELRY www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria staff via chat and/or Instagram;
(II) receive, print, and attach the product return authorization/return label from GLADKOVA JEWELRY;
(III) take the necessary precautions when packaging the item—refer to the packaging guidelines on the logistics provider’s website;
(IV) deliver the return package to the assigned logistics provider; and
(V) provide the delivery documentation given to you by the courier company.

For product returns, you may schedule delivery directly at a logistics provider’s service center (DROP OFF) or arrange for home pickup (PICK UP).
MONEY REFUND:

Money refunds (provided the same product is not in stock) will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase:
(I) For Credit/Debit Card purchases, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the transaction.

Refund processing times range from 3 (three) to 10 (ten) business days from confirmation of receipt of the returned product and acceptance by GLADKOVA JEWELRY www.joyeriagladkova.com and/or @gladkova.joyeria.

In the case of a refund, GLADKOVA JEWELRY will issue a payment order in your favor (“Refunded Payment”), which releases GLADKOVA JEWELRY from any further obligation regarding the transfer once the order is issued. Please note that your bank or receiving entity may take several days to process the payment order, and any concerns or delays must be addressed directly with your issuing bank.
