WARRANTY:

During this period, any repairs and/or replacements will be covered by us at no cost to the customer, except for any applicable shipping costs, which will be the customer's responsibility.

When sending a piece for warranty service, you will receive a warranty claim receipt with a corresponding tracking number for your records. This number will be registered in our database.

RETURN POLICY:

For manufacturing defects.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, whether box or wrapping, with all original tags intact.
